The rooms here are so nicely kept, and you can see the whole cool Osaka skyline from them 🌆. Plus, the spot is in a good area and they offer a free ride to and from the airport, which is super convenient.

The total stay was excellent during my entire visit. I was offered incredible and outstanding breakfasts with different dishes, including an omelette station. The hotel was in a very central location, close to major shopping centers, Central Osaka/Umeda, and just next door to the major rail station.

I really enjoyed the hotel. Excellent sized and well-designed room. Consistently courteous staff. The room I booked was renovated in a very nice modern Japanese style. Great views. An extra bed added. The rooftop bar was executive!

During my recent stay at Hilton Osaka, I was blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter's severe allergies, ensuring she had safe and satisfying meals every day. The chef even personally discussed her dietary needs with me to ensure her utmost safety. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a variety of cuisines that catered to everyone's tastes. The housekeeping team was outstanding, keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. The concierge was incredibly helpful, even assisting with our luggage and ensuring we made it to the right train. Lastly, the location of the hotel next to Osaka station was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding cities.

Despite a few minor issues, such as an older bathroom and some noise from neighboring rooms, the overall experience at Hilton Osaka was outstanding. The impeccable service, delicious food, and convenient location made for a truly memorable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Osaka. The beds were so comfy and the room was clean, nice, and warm during the chilly December weather. The location was perfect, just a 5-7 minute walk to the main train station, with the added bonus of an underground shelter. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, welcoming me with a smile and offering me a reasonable upgrade. The breakfast buffet had a great mix of Western and traditional Japanese options, and the view from the 33rd floor was wonderful. The hotel facilities were excellent, with everything I needed right at my fingertips. it was a top-notch experience.

Thoughtful gestures for special occasions, like sending a bottle of bubbly for a birthday celebration. Easy airport transfers for elderly guests. a positive and accommodating experience.
